The hotel's staff was friendly and accommodating. The location was great, as it was close to both the city centre and the port, making it easy to explore the area. The cleanliness of the hotel was also excellent, and the breakfast provided was delicious.

The breakfast was quite good, they had different types of cheese and a variety of olives. The hotel was located in a convenient place close to markets and the city centre. Additionally, the lobby was well designed and clean.
I did not enjoy my Christmas stay at this hotel. The walls were paper-thin, and I could hear everything that my neighbors were saying. Also, the water pressure and hot water supply were not consistent, which made it challenging to take a good shower. Finally, the dinner was not great; the veggies were overcooked, and the desserts were too sweet.

the exclusive amenities provided in our room were top, notch, including a private sauna and steam room. the service was impeccable, with staff going above and beyond to cater to our needs. the full body massage we received at the spa & wellness centre was relaxing and rejuvenating. the restaurant served delectable cuisine, and the bar/lounge area was the perfect place for a nightcap. the indoor swimming pool was clean and well, maintained.
this was a small inconvenience that did not detract from our overall experience.

Good Food and Location
The food at the hotel was decent and we enjoyed the variety offered. There were different options, including salads, chicken, and fish. The location was also great, with a short walk to local street food stalls and attractions.
The wifi in the hotel was incredibly poor and we had trouble connecting to it during our entire stay. the rooms had very thin walls and we could hear everything our neighbors were saying.

The hotel is conveniently located near the city centre and the Municipality building. the hotel is just outside the centre and also very close to the Port when we arrived, making it easy to access. We found the room to be clean and the toiletries provided were adequate. There were also bedroom slippers provided.
The hotel lacks good service, as staff members do not speak English fluently, making it difficult to communicate.
